About Us…

Our story begins in 1990 with Vito Stanisic. He discovered and bought the idyllic property by the sea with his son Radenko. With a lot of dedication and time, the two created the first house.
Over the years, not only did the family grow, but also the idea of ​​a retreat for friends and guests.
Today our complex consists of 4 houses, a restaurant, 2 pools, a huge garden with at least 10 different local fruits, barbecue area and a playground. We can rent our 15 apartments to travelers who want to feel the beauty of the sea and the warmth of this family.

1990 beginnt unsere Geschichte mit Vito Stanisic. Er hat mit seinem Sohn Radenko das idyllische Grundstück am Meer entdeckt und gekauft. Mit viel Hingabe und Zeit erschufen die beiden das erste Haus.
Im Laufe der Jahre wuchs nicht nur die Familie, sondern auch die Idee von einem Rückzugsort für Freunde und Gäste.
Heute besteht unser Komplex aus 4 Häusern, einem Restaurant, 2 Pools, einen riesigen Garten mit mindestens 10 verschiedenen einheimischen Früchten, Grillplatz und einem  Spielplatz. Wir können unsere 15 Apartments an Reisende, die die Schönheit des Meeres und die Herzlichkeit dieser Familie spüren möchten, vermieten.

Naša priča počinje 1990. godine sa Vitom Stanišićem. Sa sinom Radenkom otkrio je i kupio idilično imanje pored mora. Uz mnogo posvećenosti i vremena, njih dvoje su stvorili prvu kuću.
Tokom godina, ne samo da je porodica rasla, već i ideja o utočištu za prijatelje i goste.
Danas se naš kompleks sastoji od 4 kuće, restorana, 2 bazena, ogromnog vrta sa najmanje 10 različitih domaćih voća, prostora za roštilj i igrališta. Naših 15 apartmana možemo iznajmiti putnicima koji žele da osete lepotu mora i toplinu ove porodice.

 The area was cleared. Cascades were created using blasting. Then the planning for the first house began. Construction began relatively quickly under the leadership of Vito.
